Baltimore Marine Recovery (BMR) is proud to be a part of TowBoatUS, the largest fleet of professionally equipped towing companies in the country. TowBoatUS Annapolis/Baltimore/Middle River has thirteen tow boats equipped with state-of-the-art equipment to serve both member’s and non-member’s boating needs throughout our Chesapeake Bay service area. Our experienced captains and crew offer routine and emergency towing, fuel delivery, soft ungrounding and jump start services to all boaters in need.

BMR was founded in 1991 and purchased by Captain Dale Plummer in 2011. In 2015 the company expanded its service area to include TowBoatUS Annapolis. In addition to towing, BMR offers salvage and refloat assistance, and commercial chartering options for businesses.
